1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only for products that are damaged during transit or received in a damaged condition.

To be eligible for a return, you must:

  • Report the damage within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Email us at contact@kadaco.in with your order number.

  • Provide clear photos and/or videos of:

    • The damaged product.

    • The original product packaging.

    • The shipping label on the package.

  • Include a brief description of the damage.

All claims are subject to verification by our support team.

2. Refunds or Replacements

After verifying your claim, KadaCo.in will, at its discretion:

  • Provide a replacement product (subject to stock availability), or

  • Issue a full refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days. The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

3. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

Returns, refunds, or replacements will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind.

  • Incorrect product ordered by the customer.

  • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, improper storage, or normal wear after delivery.

  • Minor wear or imperfections on the outer packaging that do not affect the product itself.

  • Products returned without prior approval from KadaCo.in.

  • Requests submitted more than 7 days after the delivery date.

4. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before they are packed or dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
